Certainty and quality with our SNA quality mark
At Taxperience Interim Solutions, we work according to the highest standards of reliability and compliance. We are certified according to NEN 4400-1. This means we offer clients maximum certainty about correct administration, timely payments, and carefully vetted professionals.
From 2026, the SNA quality mark will also cover intermediary services with self-employed professionals. This means that with us, you are fully protected against risks such as bogus self-employment and chain liability.
Why this quality mark is important
If you choose an intermediary without certification, you as the client run the risk of additional tax assessments or liability. With the SNA quality mark, you know that everything has been demonstrably arranged in accordance with the standard.

Control measures against risks such as bogus self-employment
Identity and registration of professionals
Use of correct model agreements assessed by the Tax and Customs Administration
Correct processing of payroll taxes and VAT
Timely payments and accurate administration

Lenka Znamenackova, from finance to talent connector
Lenka Znamenackova joined Taxperience Interim Solutions as a recruiter in January 2023. This marked a significant career change after a long career in finance. She has extensive experience as a manager of Purchase-to-Pay teams at large international companies, where her passion has always been team building and encouraging individual development.
The move to recruitment came unexpectedly after she was approached by Jeroen Kox. Together, they discovered that her true talent lies in shaping careers. At Taxperience, Lenka feels completely at home in the dynamic, close-knit team and appreciates the freedom to build unique connections. Eline Marteijn connects the tax specialist with the business
Eline Marteijn is a recruiter at Taxperience Interim Solutions. Her move to recruitment was a conscious choice, driven by a desire for more variety and human contact than her previous role as a tax consultant offered. After a period of reflection, she discovered that her passion lay in connecting people.
