When searching for a candidate, we consider both your current and future needs.

We mediate interim professionals from operational to executive level.

Together we will explore the role, confirm scope of work, duration, hourly rate and start date, we will align on Dutch DBA (Deregulering Beoordeling Arbeidsrelaties) compliance and discuss search strategy

We actively engage existing talent pools, approach candidates through our network and market wide search. We verify references and right to work in NL. We make the initial selection based on strict criteria and motivation.

You'll receive a shortlist of carefully selected candidates, including a profile and cover letter. Together, we'll determine which candidates will proceed to the interviews.

We guide and coordinate the interview rounds between you and the candidates. After each round, we provide feedback and advice. If desired, we use assessments or additional checks.

We prepare service agreement and support with onboarding activities. We stay in touch with both client and candidate to ensure a smooth start. We will conduct a follow up after onboarding and collect both candidate and client feedback to manage long term relationships for future hiring needs.

Lenka Znamenackova, from finance to talent connector

Lenka Znamenackova joined Taxperience Interim Solutions as a recruiter in January 2023. This marked a significant career change after a long career in finance. She has extensive experience as a manager of Purchase-to-Pay teams at large international companies, where her passion has always been team building and encouraging individual development.

The move to recruitment came unexpectedly after she was approached by Jeroen Kox. Together, they discovered that her true talent lies in shaping careers. Eline Marteijn is a recruiter at Taxperience Interim Solutions. Her move to recruitment was a conscious choice, driven by a desire for more variety and human contact than her previous role as a tax consultant offered. After a period of reflection, she discovered that her passion lay in connecting people.
