Our approach and working method
Phase 1 – Intake & profile definition
Together we will explore the role, confirm scope of work, duration, hourly rate and start date, we will align on payrolling regulations (Wet arbeidsmarkt in balans – WAB) compliance and discuss search strategy.
Phase 2 – Search & selection
We actively engage existing talent pools, approach candidates through our network and market wide search. We verify compliance documents, references and willingness to work under payroll construction. We make the initial selection based on strict criteria and motivation.
Phase 3 – Present candidates
You'll receive a shortlist of carefully selected candidates, including a profile and cover letter. Together, we'll determine which candidates will proceed to the interviews.
Phase 4 – Interviews & guidance
We guide and coordinate the interview rounds between you and the candidates. After each round, we provide feedback and advice. If desired, we use assessments or additional checks.
Phase 5 – Selection & support
We prepare service agreements and support with onboarding activities. We stay in touch with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth start. We will conduct a follow up after onboarding and collect both candidate and client feedback to manage long term relationships for future hiring needs.

Lenka Znamenackova, from finance to talent connector
Lenka Znamenackova joined Taxperience Interim Solutions as a recruiter in January 2023. This marked a significant career change after a long career in finance. She has extensive experience as a manager of Purchase-to-Pay teams at large international companies, where her passion has always been team building and encouraging individual development.
The move to recruitment came unexpectedly after she was approached by Jeroen Kox. Together, they discovered that her true talent lies in shaping careers.
