Whether you are hiring a Tax Director, Head of Finance or future CFO, we bring in-depth domain knowledge, an extensive network and a tailor-made, confidential process.

Together we will conduct strategic intake to define success profile, salary range, benefits and notice period per Dutch Civil Code.

We actively engage existing talent pools, approach candidates through our network and market wide search. We verify compliance documents, references, motivation and cultural alignment. For executive search, we emphasize a personal approach and confidentiality even more. We make the initial selection based on strict criteria.

You'll receive a shortlist of carefully selected candidates, including a profile and cover letter. Together, we'll determine which candidates will proceed to the interviews.

We guide and coordinate the interview rounds between you and the candidates. After each round, we provide feedback and advice. If desired, we use assessments or additional checks.

We support offer negotiations, manage resignation and transition from prior employer and support with onboarding activities. We stay in touch with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth start. We will conduct a follow up after onboarding and collect both candidate and client feedback to manage long term relationships for future hiring needs.

Lenka Znamenackova, from finance to talent connector

Lenka Znamenackova joined Taxperience Interim Solutions as a recruiter in January 2023. This marked a significant career change after a long career in finance. She has extensive experience as a manager of Purchase-to-Pay teams at large international companies, where her passion has always been team building and encouraging individual development.

The move to recruitment came unexpectedly after she was approached by Jeroen Kox. Together, they discovered that her true talent lies in shaping careers. Her move to recruitment was a conscious choice, driven by a desire for more variety and human contact than her previous role as a tax consultant offered.
