Privacy Statement
Privacy Statement Taxperience Interim Solutions
Taxperience Group Holding¹ (hereinafter referred to as Taxperience) considers it important to keep confidential and protect the information entrusted to us. In the context of this fundamental obligation, Taxperience takes measures to protect and use “personal data” (personal information) collected online in an appropriate manner.
In principle, we only collect personal data that is voluntarily provided by website visitors, with the aim of offering those individuals information, job vacancies and/or services. This “Privacy Statement” explains how we collect, use, share and protect the personal data we obtain.
Collection and use of personal data
We obtain personal data about you if you choose to provide it – for example, by contacting us by email or by filling in our contact form on our website (www.interim-solutions.taxperience.nl). Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those for which you have provided the data to us, unless we obtain your consent to do so or this is otherwise required or permitted by law, professional standards or quality rules, or for the optimisation of the quality of our services.
Two examples: If you send us a CV online to apply for a position at Taxperience, we will use the information you provide to determine whether there are any suitable vacancies for you at Taxperience. If you send us an email requesting information about Taxperience, we will use your email address and other information you provide to respond to your request.
Taxperience generally only collects the personal data necessary to fulfil your request. If additional, optional data is requested, you will be notified at the time of collection.
In the Netherlands, the law allows us to process personal data as long as we have a reason to do so in accordance with the law. The law also requires us to inform you of that reason. When processing your personal data, we therefore act on the basis of one of the following processing principles:
- Execution of an agreement: when the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil our obligations under an agreement.
- Legal obligation: when we are obliged to process your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as keeping records for tax purposes or providing information to a government or law enforcement agency.
- Legitimate interest: we may process data about you when this is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, provided that your interests do not outweigh ours.
- Your consent: where necessary, we will ask for your specific consent to process certain personal data about you. We will not collect more personal data than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which you have given your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Taxperience at privacy@taxperience.nl.
Taxperience Interim Solutions only collects special personal data when the persons concerned voluntarily provide this data to us or if the collection of this data is necessary or permitted on the basis of legislation or regulations. Special personal data includes personal data relating to race, ethnicity, political beliefs, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, sexual life, criminal convictions or offences. Please exercise caution when providing special categories of personal data to Taxperience, and only provide such data to Taxperience if you expressly consent to Taxperience processing this information for legitimate purposes. If you are unsure whether the provision of special categories of personal data to Taxperience is necessary or relevant for specific purposes, please contact Taxperience at privacy@taxperience.nl.
Cookies, IP-addresses and Google Analytics
A ‘cookie’ is a small piece of text that a website places in the browser of the device (e.g. computer or smartphone) you use to visit the website. The cookie enables the website to recognise your device and is also used to ensure that the website functions properly. This includes resolving compatibility issues, e.g. recognising your browser type, improving website performance (e.g. loading page content faster).
An ‘IP address’ is a number assigned to your computer when you access the internet. IP addresses enable computers and servers to recognise each other and communicate with each other. The IP addresses associated with visitors may be stored for IT security and system diagnosis purposes.
In addition to the functional nature of IP addresses and cookies, it is also possible to use both to retrieve personal data from website visitors. However, Taxperience has a policy of designing its websites to be privacy-friendly. We therefore do not retrieve personal data via cookies and/or IP addresses from our website visitors.
In concrete terms, this means that we have entered into a processing agreement with Google, your IP address is anonymised prior to visiting our websites, we do not share your personal data with Google, and options for advertising purposes and user IDs are disabled in Google Analytics.
Because we only use session cookies to ensure that the website functions properly, you will not see a cookie banner on our website. This is purely because no personal data is collected via cookies and/or IP addresses.
Social media
The Taxperience website may have features that redirect you to social media (Twitter and LinkedIn). Personal data that you provide via these social media may be collected and used by other members of that social media application. The privacy policies of the companies that make this application available apply to these interactions. We have no control over and are not responsible for these companies or the way in which they use your data.
Personal data that you provide via a social media feature of Taxperience may be shared with other users of that social media feature (unless otherwise stated at the time of collection), over which we have limited or no control.
Sharing and international transfer of personal data
We do not share personal data with third parties, except insofar as this is necessary for our legitimate professional and business needs or for the processing of your requests, and/or except insofar as legal provisions or professional standards prescribe or permit this. This includes the following:
- Our service providers: Taxperience works with reputable partners, service providers or agencies who can process your personal data on our behalf. Taxperience only transfers personal data to them if they meet our strict standards for data processing and security. We only transfer the personal data that enables them to provide their services.
- In the event of a reorganisation of our company or sale of our company to another organisation: Taxperience may also provide personal data in connection with the sale, assignment or other transfer of the business activities of the website to which the data relates.

- Audits: Provision of personal data may also be necessary for data protection or data security audits and/or to investigate or respond to a complaint or security risk.
In some cases, Taxperience may share personal data about you with various external companies or service providers or suppliers acting on our behalf to help fulfil your requests.

In general, you are not required to provide personal data to Taxperience online, but we may ask you to provide certain personal data in order to provide you with additional information about our services and events. Taxperience may also ask for your consent to use your personal data in a certain way, and you have the choice of whether or not to grant this consent. Storing your personal data
Your personal data will not be retained by our office for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for the performance of statutory tasks and the fulfilment of statutory obligations or the execution of agreements (e.g. limitation periods). Retention periods stipulated by law, such as the Notaries Act and the Public Records Act, apply. Notarial deeds are retained indefinitely.
Your rights
When your personal data is processed by our office, you may exercise the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.
Please email your request to privacy@taxperience.nl. Before we grant your request, we will first identify you on the basis of valid proof of identity.
- Right of access by the data subject
You may request information at any time about which personal data our office processes, for what purpose and how long it is retained. There may be a legal basis that prevents us from complying with your request; we will assess this and inform you accordingly. - Right to rectification
If you believe that certain data has been processed incorrectly, you have the right to request rectification of this data. If this concerns data in a notarial deed, this is not possible and a new deed will have to be drawn up to supplement the incorrect deed. - Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
If you want your personal data to be deleted, you can submit a request to this effect. If the data is contained in a notarial deed, the notary may not delete it. - Right to restriction of processing
If you wish to restrict the processing of personal data by our office (pending your requested rectification of your personal data, objection to processing or because you do not want data to be deleted despite the processing being unlawful), you can submit a request to this effect. - Right to data portability
If your personal data is not being processed for a notarial deed and you wish to transfer the personal data to another service provider, you can submit a request to do so. However, such a transfer is not always possible, as legal notarial obligations may prevent this.
Data security and integrity
Taxperience has appropriate security measures and procedures in place to protect personal data against unauthorised forms of loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Despite Taxperience's extensive efforts, no absolute guarantee can be given for protection against all threats. To the best of our ability, we ensure that access to your personal data is only granted to persons for whom this is necessary. Persons who have access to the data are obliged to keep this data confidential. We also make reasonable efforts to retain personal data only for as long as necessary to comply with a request from the data subject or until that person requests the data to be deleted.

Please note that Taxperience websites may contain links to other websites, including websites maintained by other companies, which are not covered by this Privacy Statement but by other privacy statements that may differ. We recommend that users read the privacy policy of each website before providing personal data.
